David Elliot-Jones

David is a creative producer with a passion for intimate stories that have a sense of humour and carry a purpose.  Some of his recent credits as a producer include AACTA-nominated and Asian Academy Award-winning Clean (d. Lachlan McLeod, 2022), which premiered in competition at SXSW and closed the 70th Melbourne International Film Festival, and two films by Naomi Ball, including Who I Am (2022), which premiered at Doc Edge and released on 10Play, and VICE doc Searching for the Tassie Tiger(2021) which garnered more than 3.5M views online. David is currently producing Screen Australia supported feature documentary Guardians of the River, which explores a powerful grassroots movement to save a river in the Sepik region of Papua New Guinea, and comedy BTS film Mockbuster, which has North American distribution through Giant Pictures and Drafthouse Films.
